How to apply a sublimation coating to glass & acrylic
This Product is specifically designed to create a sublimation pass through layer onto glass or acrylics, so when viewed from the front the image is seen with a white satin background behind the image for vibrancy and definition.
How to Apply
Shake for 30 seconds to activate the product. Apply Hi-Gloss spray onto the substrate spraying at 20cm spraying left to right and from top to bottom, turn 90 degrees and spray again. Leave for 5 minutes then apply a top layer of Pass Through coating as above.
How to Cure
After spraying leave for up to 10 minutes then cure in an oven at 160C or 320F for 20 minutes depending on the thermal properties of the substrate. The product should be allowed to cool before pressing an image onto it.
Clean the Nozzle
After spraying turn the can upside down and depress the nozzle for 3 seconds to clean the nozzle for next use. This step is not required but will prolong the life of your aerosol nozzle.
